Event Form

For those requesting facility usage and promotion of an event, specific steps must be followed. No requests will be granted without submission of the Application below.

These are requests only and are subject to approval. Please read and understand the Facility Use Policy & Agreement and the Promotion Policy & Procedures (if you are requesting your event be promoted) documents below before submitting this request. 

Denver UMC requires that all requests to use the facilities are to be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the rental date, or they will be denied.
