On Monday, November 2nd, we were notified that owners of the property adjacent to our southern property line on Hwy 16 was willing to sell (see picture below). A group was appointed by the DUMC Administrative Board to investigate the feasibility of this purchase to determine if the house and land could serve as a viable alternative to the planned construction of the Mission Center. This home totals 1,296 square feet on approximately 0.6 acres at a price of $205,000.
