Asbury Academy is an alternative school for middle and high school students in Lincoln County. Students attend this school for a variety of reasons. This school doesn't have a PTO, as is common with other local schools, and sometimes the needs of these students and the school itself are higher.
Helping Hands has partnered with Asbury Academy for several years, fulfilling needs within the school by improving the learning environment, both indoors and outside, and through interacting with the students, through parties and special events, and through mentoring.
