Sunday Morning

We understand that visiting a new church can be an intimidating experience, so we want you to feel at home!

Our worship services are usually around 60 minutes, each with a different style, but the message is the same.

9:00 - Contemporary feel in the FLC. During the summer months, this service is held outside at the Arbor.

11:00 - Traditional style with robes and liturgy in the Sanctuary

5th Sundays are Combined Worship at 10:00 a.m.

This campus is huge! Don't be intimidated...we want to help you!

The 9:00 service is in the FLC. Enter through the doors under the overhang on the back of the building near the Fire Department.

The 11:00 service is in the Sanctuary. You can enter through multiple sets of double doors closest to Hwy. 16.

Visit The Hub, located on the 2nd floor of the FLC. Here, you'll find all of the resources you need to learn about our church community and get involved. Our team is ready to meet you, answer your questions, and guide you to your next step in getting connected.

The children and youth experiences are designed for birth through high school. All activities are created to point your child toward a real relationship with Jesus.

Harbor Kids is available 9:00-noon on Sunday mornings and is located directly off the FLC gym floor. For more information, visit our Harbor Kids page.

Harbor Youth is for students in 6th-12th grades. Sunday school is offered at 10:00, and we have a dedicated Sunday evening program. For more information, visit our Harbor Youth page.

Dress comfortably! We recognize that we all come from different walks of life and everyone is welcome here!

We serve communion on the first Sunday of every month. (Gluten-free options are also available.)

Yes! Most adult classes meet at 10:00. Harbor Kids is available 9:00 - noon, and Harbor Youth meets at 10:00. Visit our Ministries page for details on the different classes offered.

Sunday mornings can be a bit hectic, but we do want to talk with you! Please call the church office at 704-483-1601 to schedule an appointment with one of our pastors.

We have done our absolute best to remain transparent when it comes to our finances, and an annual budget worksheet is available anytime. Ultimately, your money goes to the work of the Kingdom here at DUMC. Our Church Council arranges and sets our budget, but we all recognize the magnitude of handling God's money, and we prayerfully commit every dollar to loving our community well.

We love adding people to our DUMC family! To join, email Wendi Sweet at denver@denverumc.org to let us know of your interest in membership. She will walk with you through the process.
