This new intergenerational ministry initiative is designed to help build community through hospitality, shared learning, and meaningful relationships.

Our first Learning Lab will feature a special guest instructor from the Agriculture Extension Agency who will teach participants how to make and can pickles.

Participants will learn practical food preservation skills, work side by side with others from across generations, and enjoy a shared experience centered on community and connection.

Space is limited to 12 DUMC participants, with space available for 8-10 community participants.  Registration is required.

To reserve a spot, Denver UMC participants should contact:

Carol Brown at carol.brown@denverumc.org

Whether you are experienced or completely new to canning, this Learning Lab is an opportunity to learn something new, share stories, and build relationships.
