What might God do through Denver UMC in the years ahead? As you know, God has blessed our congregation with so many gifts, and that includes our church buildings and property. Like any gift from God, we are called to steward and use those gifts in ways that benefit the church, the community, and ultimately God’s Kingdom. But to do that, we need your help. A church’s vision can’t come from a pastor, an individual, or even a committee. For our vision to be faithful and successful, it needs to arise out of prayer and discernment as we, together, seek God’s direction. That’s why we’re inviting everyone to join us for one of three upcoming Denver Dreams sessions. These gatherings are opportunities to dream, imagine, and share as we think about the future of our church campus. These sessions are about so much more than just buildings. They’re centered on asking the bigger questions: Who is God calling us to be? How can our campus better serve our mission to be a harbor of hope in a chaotic world? And what might our church look and feel like if we designed it around the people and ministries we hope to welcome in the future? We want everyone’s voice to be heard.
